1. Permission to Use Likeness
The Parent/Guardian and Minor (hereafter referred to collectively as the "Model") grant the Producer and its agents, employees, and licensees the irrevocable right to use, publish, distribute, and reproduce photographs, video, or other digital representations taken of the Minor during the photoshoot or event described below (the "Material"). This includes the right to use such Material in any and all media now known or hereafter devised, for any purpose, including but not limited to advertising, promotion, and exhibition.

2. Scope of Use
The Model acknowledges and agrees that the Material may be used in the following contexts (please check applicable):

•  Commercial advertising
•  Social media and online platforms
•  Editorial use
•  Product packaging and promotions
•  Other: 

3. Duration of Use
The rights granted to the Producer for the use of the Material are unlimited in time. The Model acknowledges that the Material may be used perpetually and in any form, worldwide, without further compensation or approval.

4. Compensation
The Model agrees to the following terms of compensation:

•  No compensation (for non-paid shoots)
•  Other: 

5. Image Purchasing Option
The Minor and Parent/Guardian acknowledge that the Model has the option to purchase images from the shoot at a discounted rate. The Producer offers the following:

• The Model will receive 5 web-sized images for sharing on social media platforms, available for download after the photoshoot.
• The images provided will be suitable for use on social media but are not intended for any other commercial use.
• The Model has the right to share the images on social media platforms, crediting the Producer where possible.
• The Model is not allowed to edit or alter these images in any way.
• Additional images can be purchased at a discounted rate of what we have agreed on.

6. Restrictions on Image Use
The Model agrees that the images provided:

• Shall not be used for any commercial purpose, outside the scope of personal or social media sharing as outlined above.
• Shall not be edited, altered, or used in any context other than as stated in this agreement (i.e., for social media and personal promotion).

7. No Obligation to Use
The Producer is under no obligation to use the Model’s likeness or the Material. The Producer may choose to use, alter, or discard the Material at their discretion.

8. Model’s Representations and Warranties
The Parent/Guardian represents and warrants that:
a. The Minor is under the age of 18 and is legally considered a minor in their jurisdiction.
b. The Parent/Guardian has the authority to sign this release on behalf of the Minor.
c. The Parent/Guardian consents to the use of the Minor’s likeness as described in this Agreement.
d. The Parent/Guardian understands that the Material may be edited, altered, or used in composite forms.

9. Release of Liability
The Model (Minor and Parent/Guardian) hereby releases the Producer from any claims, demands, or causes of action that may arise in connection with the use of the Material, including any claims for defamation, invasion of privacy, or infringement of the Model’s rights.

10. Miscellaneous
a. This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties and supersedes any prior oral or written agreements.
b. This Agreement is governed by the laws of the state of MN.
c. If any provision of this Agreement is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full effect.

11. Signatures
By signing below, the Minor (if age appropriate) and Parent/Guardian acknowledge that they have read and understood this release and voluntarily accept its terms.
