Fall Minis

1. Payment & Booking

• A non-refundable retainer of $100 is required at the time of booking to secure your session date and time.

• The remaining balance of $175 is due on or before the session date.

• Payment can be made via [list accepted payment methods].

2. Cancellations & Rescheduling

• Due to the limited nature of mini sessions, cancellations will result in forfeiture of the retainer.

• Rescheduling is only permitted in cases of inclement weather or photographer emergency. If this happens, the photographer will contact the client to reschedule.

• If the client is late, session time may be reduced or forfeited depending on the schedule.

3. Image Delivery

• The photographer will deliver 10 edited high-resolution digital images via online gallery within 2–3 weeks of the session date.

• The client may have the option to purchase additional images for an added fee, if available.

4. Copyright & Usage

• The photographer retains copyright to all images.

• The client is granted personal use rights to download, share, and print the images.

• Images may not be edited, filtered, or altered by the client after delivery.

• The photographer may use images for promotional purposes (website, social media, etc.) unless the client specifically requests otherwise in writing.

5. Client Responsibility

• The client agrees to arrive on time and ready at the scheduled session location.

• Late arrival may reduce session time, and no refunds or make-up time will be given for lateness.

6. Liability

• The photographer is not responsible for injury, illness, or loss of property during the session.

• All efforts will be made to ensure a safe and enjoyable session experience.
